Hever Class (Year 2)
Welcome to Year 2 – Hever Class!
We are excited to welcome you to Hever Class, named after the charming and historic Hever Castle in Kent. With its winding moat, beautiful gardens, and secret passages, Hever Castle looks like it’s straight out of a fairy tale!
Hever Castle is best known as the childhood home of Anne Boleyn, the second wife of King Henry VIII. It’s full of history, mystery, and tales of Tudor times — and just like the castle, our class is a place of wonder, learning, and discovery.
In Year 2, we’re growing into confident, independent learners. We’ll be strengthening our reading and writing, tackling new maths challenges, and exploring exciting topics in science, history, and geography. We'll ask great questions, work as a team, and prepare to take the next big step into Key Stage 2.
Hever Castle has stood for centuries, filled with stories and secrets — and this year, Hever Class will be filled with creativity, courage, and curiosity. We’ll celebrate every success, learn from every challenge, and make this a year to remember.
Hever Class – where every learner is part of history in the making!
